About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled School Administrator to join our team on a term-time only basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage face-to-face and telephone enquiries from parents and external agencies.
- Deal with SIMS and SISRA systems.
- Support teachers and the senior leadership team with data entry and reporting on pupil records.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and managing post.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional administrative skills, including strong ICT proficiency, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical proficiency in SIMS and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A collaborative attitude, patience, and a positive approach to working with students and staff alike.
