As a Behavioural and Sleep Specialist for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of those you work with.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioural and sleep assessments for children and young people with severe learning disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as required.
- Travel across the region as needed to provide timely support to clients.
- Provide group workshops to parents and carers.
