About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands and Wales region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing a number of close dealer partner accounts while bringing on new customers in the region. You will have autonomy on pricing, promotions, and rebates, and will work closely with our Technical Area Manager to provide engineering assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in the Midlands and Wales region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and end-users
- Provide technical support and training to customers and dealer partners
- Work closely with the Technical Area Manager to provide engineering assistance and support
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- 10+ years of sales experience in the technical field sales industry
- Demonstrable consultative sales process
- Strong relationships with dealer partners and end-users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
