Learning Support Assistant in Autism Education

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an Autism School in Kings Lynn. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher to provide support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and medical needs.
With a child-centered approach, you will be required to tailor your support to suit the needs of each child. Your role will involve working in small groups with children who require additional support, providing individualized attention and care.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and experience working with children with special educational needs. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and have the skills and qualifications required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
