Charter Sales Professional

Vimana Private Jets is seeking a Charter Sales Professional to develop and onboard new clients, servicing referral business and growing into a sales leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Outreach: Make outbound sales calls to build a list of prospective new clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the private aviation market, including new aircraft types, destination trends, events, and competitor offerings to provide the best service and advice to clients.
- Client Consultation: Offer expert advice on charter options, routing, and logistics, helping clients select the most suitable solutions for their travel needs.
- 24/7 Availability: Be available to respond to client inquiries and handle last-minute requests or changes, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in private jet charter broking, luxury sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the private aviation industry, aircraft types, and charter regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Knowledge of CRMs and proficient in Avinode.
- Commercial-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and available to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for aviation and delivering an unparalleled client experience.
