As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our company's growth strategy, driving sales and marketing activities, and supporting all aspects of our business operations. You will be the face of our company, creating a lasting impression, and work closely with stakeholders at every level to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our management team to develop and execute our company's marketing strategy.
- Lead sales and promotional activities, driving business growth and expansion.
- Liaise with employers to manage commercial and training programs.
- Oversee the completion of training sign-up processes.
- Coordinate our outreach programs and ensure active engagement with clients.
- Manage and enhance all client feedback activities.
- Engage in a variety of general business tasks to support our company's goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ideally, you hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
- A confident, adaptable, and creative approach to your work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in IT and numeracy.
- A full driving license is required.

- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £28,000.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 9-day fortnight, with two long weekends a month - without extending your daily working hours.
