Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in our York branch.
About the Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Lead and develop the internal sales team, providing coaching and training to achieve service level targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase branch sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver target performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a wholesale environment, preferably in the industrial supplies sector.
- Strong commercial management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
