Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our York Branch (YO31) to success.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and providing training and coaching to the internal sales team and branch assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Lead and develop the internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are consistently met
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase branch sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver target performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience within a wholesale environment
  • Commercially managing a business unit/branch within the industrial supplies sector
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross-functional team
  • Intermediate IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
