At Taylor James Resourcing, we are seeking a skilled Credit and Cashflow Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in the collection of unpaid premium for our leading Lloyd's Underwriters.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Administering bureau and non-bureau credit control tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Liaising with brokers, underwriters, and outsourced providers to facilitate premium settlement.
  • Raising intercompany transfers and outgoing payments to ensure timely cash flow management.
  • Contribution to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for aged debt reduction and unallocated cash optimization.
  • Assisting in producing reports for Operations Committee and Credit Risk Committee meetings.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing aged debt, unallocated cash, and premium queries.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of financial administration principles.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
