About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead our international development initiatives in Cambridgeshire. As a key figure in the team, you will oversee the delivery of programmes, ensuring effective coordination with local implementing partners, country offices, and partner organisations. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement international development programmes, leveraging your significant people management experience and financial management skills.
In addition to programme management, you will also contribute to statutory and institutional fundraising efforts, as well as represent the organisation to wider audiences, including media, policy makers, and national government. This role requires approximately 8-10 weeks of international travel per year.
