As a Service Coordinator, you'll need to be a skilled communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and service users. You'll also need to be able to think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing plans to address them.

Estimated salary: £43,425 - £56,956 per annum.

  • Minimum requirements include experience as a respected and qualified leader in adult services.
  • You'll need to be highly knowledgeable and credible across the full range of senior accountabilities within the field.
  • Excellent team management skills are essential, as well as skills in partnership building to maximise the opportunities of a whole system approach.
