About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead the smooth operation of our Hendon Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high-quality standards across all areas of the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring seamless delivery of services and a positive member experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective new members, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our club.
  • Ensure the club's health and safety standards are met, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
