We are seeking a highly skilled Stock and Production Administrator to join our team at Riverside Recruitment. This exciting opportunity is part of a large Manufacturing site based in the heart of Carlisle, at the forefront of the UK's flagship manufacturing site for well-known sweet treats.



Responsibilities

As the Stock and Production Administrator, you will be responsible for:




  • Entering daily production, including updating all relevant spreadsheets, entering data into SAP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintaining the movement of inventory & stock through the quality process.
  • Analysing and communicating production and financial information to plant management and other key teams across the business.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:




  • Proven ability to process complex and detailed data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate production and financial information across the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and think independently about alternative ways to solve problems based on analysis of data.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in SAP is desirable.


Training can be provided in some computer software, providing you have a numerical and analytical mind. This role will involve a lot of data entry, working with senior managers to obtain production and stock figures.



Working Hours and Benefits
