About the Role:
We are seeking a Learning Development Manager to join our team at Unite Students. As a key member of our Academy, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a best-in-class learning programme and Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience of designing and delivering training programmes. Additionally, you will need to have a track record of problem-solving and be able to make informed decisions quickly.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field, with experience in Learning and Development within a large organisation. You will have a strong understanding of organisational development and be able to develop and implement learning strategies that meet the needs of the business. You should also have excellent project management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, a discretionary annual bonus, and an enhanced pension scheme. You will also have access to a range of training and development opportunities to help you grow and develop in your career.
