Key responsibilities of the Commercial Law Expert include:

  • Offering legal expertise on commercial matters such as disputes, intellectual property, and technology.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of agreements, including cloud services contracts, infrastructure sharing agreements, NDAs, and master service agreements.
  • Providing proactive legal advice to support key business objectives in customer acquisition and the delivery of passive infrastructure services.
  • Maintaining and evolving the template document suite to align with the latest legal standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal business teams and external partners.
