This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Property Counsel (Estates) for a renowned brand in the Telecom sector, based in the UK. As a highly skilled and experienced lawyer, you will be responsible for renewing leases according to the Electronic Communications Code (2017).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly build upon your knowledge of telecoms leases in this role.
  • Assist with the management of transactions through weekly counsel sessions with legal suppliers and acquisition ADMs, reporting on progress and providing front-line support for legal escalations.
  • Work closely with the Property & Estates team, operating project governance through regular meetings, work streams, and calls to ensure the project remains on track and targets are consistently met.
  • Regularly check-in with senior members of both the Estates and Legal & Compliance Team to provide updates on the overall caseload.
  • Apart from these key responsibilities, you will need strong interpersonal and project management skills to excel in this role.
  • To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of commercial property conveyancing law and experience working in a similar capacity in a well-regarded city or regional firm.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate complex ideas and manage multiple stakeholders. Requirements:
  • A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property conveyancing from a well-regarded city or regional firm.
  • A background in practicing commercial property law.
  • A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, including Landlord/Tenant law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
