**Job Title:** Art Collections Coordinator

We are seeking an emerging curator to join our team as an Art Collections Coordinator at The University of Manchester. This role requires working with, caring for, and providing access to our internationally important collections of historic, modern, and contemporary art, textiles, and wallpapers.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the visual arts and its narratives, and an interest in making our renowned collections and programmes accessible and relevant to the widest possible audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting curators to develop and deliver collection displays and exhibitions
  • Working with collections of historic, modern, and contemporary art, textiles, and wallpapers
  • Caring for and maintaining the collections
  • Providing access to the collections for researchers and visitors
