As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the face of our business, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining stock levels, preparing hot food and refreshments, serving customers in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be handling customer enquiries, operating tills, and processing orders.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of 14.28, including nightshift premium, as well as a range of benefits, including up to 440 annual bonus scheme, up to 60% colleague discount, and enhanced benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through funded qualifications and training programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining stock levels and replenishing displays and fridges
  • Preparing hot food and refreshments
  • Serving customers in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Operating tills and processing orders
  • Maintaining standards around product quality and store cleanliness

Due to some responsibilities within the role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. Please ensure you can access the site before applying.
