Operations Improvement Manager

MyJobScotland is seeking an Operations Improvement Manager to lead the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance business performance and service delivery. Estimated salary: £39,235 - £40,093 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves project managing the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve business efficiency and service delivery, analysing key performance data and benchmarking, and conducting research to determine how the organisation is currently operating.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiency and service delivery.
  2. Collect and analyse key performance data and benchmarking.
  3. Identify areas for improvement through research and analysis.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering improved business efficiency and service delivery, strong interpersonal and motivational skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
