About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Yours Clothing Limited as a skilled Digital Image Editor, responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of our e-commerce model imagery. As a key member of our content team, you will work closely with photographers and other departments to ensure our online content is of the highest quality and meets our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retouch and edit e-commerce model imagery to a fast-paced schedule, ensuring excellent quality and consistency.
  • Produce high-quality mannequin cutouts and edit web shoot model images to a standard ready for online use.
  • Load imagery to our company database, adhering to retouch guides and formats.
  • Occasionally retouch store POS and campaign imagery to a high-end standard, requiring in-depth retouch knowledge.
  • Achieve daily set targets at an excellent quality, meeting seasonal updates and creative direction.
  • Ensure excellence in quality, quantity, and consistency, with occasional mannequin and product photography requirements.
  • Keep the delivery list up to date on image status and have a full understanding of marketplace requirements.
  • Process imagery to and from external retouch agencies, organizing files and logs.
  • Receive and organize external brand imagery for live use on our site.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and a desire to be the best in your field.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative.
  • Proven record of good attendance and flexibility.
  • An energy and enthusiasm to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work hard and smart, adapting to frequent change and high pressure.
  • Outstanding loyalty and commitment to the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a friendly style.
  • 1 year experience in a similar role is desired, with competence in Photoshop and using a Wacom.
  • A qualification in a creative subject would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and Capture One is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work on both Mac and Windows, quickly sourcing product images from existing libraries.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and a friendly style.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute, with hard work and a friendly attitude.
  • Basic IT skills are required.
