We are seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified and registered teacher to join our team as our new head teacher in the Kahu room.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a high-quality early learning programme that supports children's learning and development.
- Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with parents and whānau to build strong relationships and ensure children's needs are met.
- Contribute to the development of the centre's curriculum and policies.
- Ensure compliance with ECE regulations and maintain a high level of quality in the centre.
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification.
- Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum.
- Prior head teacher or leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of the current ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and hold compliance in a high regard.
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality.
