Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the center is financially sustainable and meets the community's needs.
Develop and manage a high-quality educational program with the teaching team.
Construct and manage the budget, allocating resources effectively.
Requirements:
Strong financial experience and time management skills.
Ability to create effective rosters and maintain relationships with children, whānau, and the governing committee.
Discover and Xero experience is an advantage.
Professional development opportunities and support from a committed governance committee.
