Pensions Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pensions professional to join our dedicated team at Transport for London. The successful candidate will have recent experience of working with final salary pension schemes and a strong understanding of pensions policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data held for members is accurate and current and that all documents are regularly and accurately filed
  • Using available technology effectively to access relevant pensions content, resolve customer issues and consistently apply pensions policies and procedures
  • Meticulous entry and maintenance of data, with a focus on knowledge of the principles and practice of final salary pension administration
  • Experience of the full administrative process of working with final salary pensions schemes, including knowledge of the legal and tax law regarding Pensions
  • Staying ahead of external developments and standard methodology in Pensions, with a focus on meeting deadlines, service level agreements and key performance indicators

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.
