Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to fill the position of Proactive Ambulatory Care Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, delivering, and managing proactive healthcare strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
