Job Overview:

This role will involve providing expert medical leadership and clinical expertise to our Inpatient Care teams. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement innovative care pathways, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Medical qualification (MRC Psych or equivalent)
  • Experience in psychiatry and mental health care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this role is around £120,000-£150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
