About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our Finance Team at The JM Longbridge Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with major regulatory requirements and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and help us meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead the analysis for one of our prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a business analysis or solution design role, particularly on complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead a team—preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, along with a solid understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
