About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our Central Functions - Finance team at Nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering business solutions that drive significant value, achieve business success, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver business solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in scoping, shaping, and analyzing business initiatives
  • Collaborate with Finance Product Owners to define a prioritized business value-driven roadmap of change
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Identify and escalate issues/risks, and work proactively to resolve them
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in business analysis or solution design, preferably in financial services
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team of Business Analysts
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve to determine solutions
  • Knowledge of business solution/analysis techniques, tools, and methods
