Join the University of Glasgow as a Data Analysis Officer and play a key role in supporting the management and implementation of new and existing partnerships delivering student recruitment pathways into the University.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist with the operational management of the University's student international recruitment stakeholders, including education agents, high school counsellors, sponsors, and study abroad partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the development of and lead on the implementation of a University of Glasgow student recruitment agent engagement strategy ensuring sector best practice and delivery against the Agent Quality Framework.
- Design and deliver an enhanced portfolio of agent training and engagement materials.
- Support the International Recruitment team in managing the agent network through the production and dissemination of regular reporting and analysis of agent performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for agents with global contracts and manage the University's relationship with digital recruitment partners.
- Create and deliver robust annual communication and engagement plans for international stakeholders to support recruitment activity.
- Support the delivery of on-campus events for international stakeholders.
- Work with the Scholarships team as lead coordinator and planner to organize and deliver the annual International Scholarships and Sponsor Reception.
- Ensure webpages for the UofG network of recruitment agents and high school counsellors are updated regularly.
- Co-ordinate and provide administrative support and clerk to the UofG International High School Counsellor Advisory Board.
- Work with regional RAIR colleagues to ensure University recruitment and study abroad partners are supported.
- Proactively work alongside colleagues across the University to ensure the admissions and reporting processes are streamlined.
- Monitor and record recruitment partner contracts and flag to relevant colleagues when these are due for renewal.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and act with discretion. The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer-focused role, experience of managing and processing data, experience of planning and organizing events, experience of working with international students and/or staff, and experience working in higher education.
