Job Title: Data and Impact Officer

We are seeking a skilled Data and Impact Officer to join our team at Scottish Refugee Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing systems that collate data and evidence to monitor outcomes and demonstrate the impact of our work.

About the Role

The Data and Impact Officer will support data gathering, recommend improvements to existing systems, and contribute to our aim to lead a step-change in evidence and experience-informed policy and service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement data collection and analysis systems to monitor outcomes and impact
  • Support data gathering and recommend improvements to existing systems
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-informed policy and service development
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and external stakeholders to ensure robust monitoring tools and systems are in place
