About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Data and Quality Officer to join our team at the University of Strathclyde International Study Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administration and data management across various areas of the centre, including timetabling, academic data, and student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for the timetabling team and liaise with the academic team on course requirements and staff availability.
  • Create reports and data sets to support compliance, academic, and operational matters at the ISC.
  • Distribute reports to students and staff, including timetables, academic data, and interventions reports.
  • Upload and input data into student profiles, including locations, student details, and academic details.
  • Support the Head of Student Experience with other duties, deputising when necessary.
  • Conduct data gathering, manipulation, and analysis to inform centre insights and quality assurance.
  • Administer calendar, papers, minutes, and actions for Centre and Partnership Academic governance meetings.
About You

We are looking for an individual with an undergraduate qualification or relevant professional qualification, experience in data management, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to maintain a professional manner and calm approach in a busy office environment. Familiarity with data management systems and the ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies are essential.
