About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Physiotherapist Functional Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with complex health conditions to determine their functional abilities.
  2. Produce detailed reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits.
  3. Develop and maintain your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through ongoing training and supervision.

Requirements:

  1. Valid HCPC registration number.
  2. At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience gained within or outside of the NHS.
  3. You MUST have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorships.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports.
