About the Position

We are recruiting a highly motivated and caring individual to work as a Residential Support Worker at Horizon Care and Education, empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Providing relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team, involving day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
  2. Helping young people reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
