Key Responsibilities:
  1. To work closely with colleagues to ensure the provision of high-quality care and support.
  2. To assess and respond to the changing needs of children and young people.
  3. To maintain accurate records and documentation.
  4. To promote independence and self-reliance in daily living skills.
