Our Centre
Brook Street UK provides independent parenting assessments and supports families to thrive. We offer 12-week residential assessments, overseen by qualified social workers and dedicated family support staff. As a respected centre, we ensure the wellbeing and safety of families through our person-centered approach.

Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and support a team delivering outstanding care and guidance, ensuring family wellbeing and safety. Key responsibilities include leading team shifts, overseeing family activities, and providing wellbeing support while liaising with social workers and supervising night staff. Additionally, this role requires partaking in on-call rota and maintaining OFSTED notifications.

Essential Criteria
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in family support, social care, or similar fields, be flexible and willing to work shifts, possess a full UK driving license, and business insurance for their vehicle (required). A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential, with DBS certification (preferred).

Remuneration Package
This position comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
