Residential Support Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Care Team Member to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to build relationships. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.75 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including 28-33 days' paid holiday, weekly pay, and pension scheme.
You will receive comprehensive training, including NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Health and Social Care, to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
