Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in following brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure all employees are provided with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Assist with P&L management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, driving Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors in the restaurant.
- Identify, recruit, and support the General Manager in the hiring process of exceptional talent.
- Conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate, and train employees.
- Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
- At least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
