About the Role

COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting assistant managers in delivering company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and development of Team Members.
  • Continuously maintain a motivated team and create a great atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year's supervisor or management experience in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant business. You should be service-driven, able to work as part of a team, and possess strong customer service and communication skills. The ability to manage time effectively and hit deadlines is also essential.

Advantageous Qualifications

First Aid, Fire Marshall/Warden, and Health & Safety Level 2 qualifications are advantageous but not necessary. We offer necessary training for the right candidate.
