Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Cowell Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Analyse client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage limits to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or personal lines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) desirable but not essential.
