We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Sales Professional to join our team at Sun Chemical. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the cosmetic and personal care market, with fluency in English and French.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maximizing sales volume and gross margin across all product lines, building strong relationships with high-value clients, and executing sales strategies to enhance the brand's reputation within the territory. The role requires collaboration with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients, as well as maintaining direct relationships with key customer contacts and negotiating deals directly.

A competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, along with company pension, competitive holiday entitlement increasing with service, cycle to work scheme, flexible working, further training opportunities, access to discounts and savings at some of the UK's biggest retailers, and free onsite parking.

Qualifications and skills required include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Fluency in English and French is essential, as is willingness to travel approximately 3-5 days per week when needed, including occasional international travel.
