About the Role

We are currently looking for a Spa Assistant to join our team at Aqua Sana, one of the UK's leading spa resorts. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, from the moment they arrive until the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests
  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations by providing excellent service
  • Support the lifeguard team in maintaining the relaxing ambience of the Spa
  • Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the Spa
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
