Therole

We are on the look out for a SeniorProject Manager to come and join our Operations team. Overseeingmultiple projects around the UK you willbe the primary point of contact internallyand externally. You will be focus on large complex projectsensuring effective communication is maintained with allstakeholders throughout the project life cycle from award tocompletion.

An idea of what youll be doing:
  • You will deliverprojects on time to our quality standards and within budgets tomaximise profit.
  • Youll provideproject planning milestone management scope managementresource managementcontractor management financial management and changemanagement across the project portfolio.
  • You will be working closely with internaland external stakeholders and clients ensuring our projects aredelivered first time everytime. You will embed project control and governance aligningwith Sinewave processes.
  • You will be designing and maintainingaccurate and current programmes of work for the projects youdeliver.
  • You will support the Commercial team with projectfeedback recommendations and lessons learned.
  • You will be delivering projects sustainably inconsideration of competence capability and safety.
  • You will attend sites when necessary toset contractors to work and troubleshoot and monitor quality andconduct management audits.
  • Youll ensure crossprogramme dependencies are managedaccurately and efficient change control methods and processes areutilised.
  • You will act as a mentor to the broader PM teamsupporting continuous development.


RequirementsWhen you join you will go through our topnotchinduction and onboarding process and have opportunities to developfurther through our inhouse training academy.

Youll have a proven track recordof:
  • Proficient use ofProductivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft Teams SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such assmart phones tablets laptops etc.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to adapt communicationstyles
  • Stronginterpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use owninitiative as well as work collaboratively as part of ateam
  • Competent in MSProject or equivalent Project Management software
  • Managing theproject life cycle from ownership tocompletion
  • Good awareness ofelectrical networks and supporting documentation & industryterminology.
  • Ability to createand present project report particularly progress against target andbudget
  • Agility inchallenging situations with the ability to find appropriatecosteffective solutions
  • Excellent customermanagement
  • Drive to supportthe development of junior colleagues


Youllalready have experience & qualificationsin:
  • Project Management qualification orequivalent experience (e.g. Prince 2 APMPMI)
  • Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3Penalty Points)
  • CSCS (orequivalent)
  • SPA (Petrolforecourt)
  • SSSTS
  • Emergency first aid at work.
  • Experience working alongside Designteams.
  • Experience working in theelectricalindustry (ICP/IDNO/DNO/CPO).
  • Experience working with multiple voltagelevels.
