Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Sales Administrator at Honda Solihull. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar role within a dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, and supporting Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details.
- Manage a heavy workload and prioritize work schedules to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise between customers and our in-house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to customer requirements.
About You
- Previous motor trade, automotive, or car dealership administration experience is preferred.
- You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail.
- You will be able to work independently or as part of a team to provide a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
