Sales Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at ASSA ABLOY Biosite in Solihull, UK. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Handling customer enquiries and correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Producing and amending quotations for the Sales Team and customers.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders.
  • Providing administrative support to our Sales and Commercial Team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative and data entry experience.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • IT competency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Motivation and ability to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team.
