Are you a skilled Financial Project Coordinator looking for a new challenge? HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our mechanical and electrical projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure that all costs are controlled, payments are processed, and projects are delivered within budget. You will have a strong background in contract administration, cost control, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate applications for payment within a timely manner.
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring that all expenditure is tracked and controlled against the agreed budget.
  • Manage variations, ensuring they are accurately recorded, valued, and agreed upon with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and agree on sub-contractor accounts, ensuring that all payments are processed in line with the contractual terms.
  • Issue notices in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant conditions and legal obligations.
  • Prepare and negotiate final accounts, ensuring all parties agree to the final financial position of projects.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum.
