Job Description: GRAHAM is seeking a Financial Project Coordinator to manage financial aspects of pre-construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pre-construction quantity surveying and a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee pre-construction quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost control and collaboration with project teams.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, considering factors such as construction processes and project management principles.
  • Conduct cost analysis and risk management, liaising with clients and contractors for successful project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Liaise with project management team to ensure financial objectives are met, utilizing commercial acumen and IT skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor post-graduation, with extensive experience in pre-construction quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles, combined with good IT skills.
  • Must be willing to undergo full Security Clearance process, adhering to Home Office regulations.
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management, including thorough understanding of the quantity surveying process.
  • Excellent planning and programming skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
