Paediatric Neuro Development Physiotherapist

As a Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist Lead, you will join a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for improving the lives of our patients.
Our team operates in various settings, including clinics, patient homes, and schools, providing comprehensive care to children with complex physical impairments and/or developmental difficulties. We pride ourselves on our commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paediatric physiotherapist who shares our values and is eager to contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. We offer a competitive salary of £51,883 to £58,544 per annum, including HCAS, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and consultation services to patients with complex physical impairments and/or developmental difficulties.
- Lead the team in developing and implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Recognised Physiotherapy Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Registered member of Health Professions Council-licence (HPC) to practice.
- Successful completion of post-graduate specialist short courses.
- Registered Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and leading service development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
