Paediatric Physiotherapist Leader

Better Days - UK is expanding its team and seeks a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team in London. The successful candidate will provide physiotherapy intervention to children and young people aged 0-18 years with various difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of conditions such as developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorders, fine and gross motor difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, and neurological conditions.
We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Physiotherapist to lead and influence the development of our physiotherapy services, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, developing physiotherapy services, and maintaining high standards of practice.
About the Role
- Provide physiotherapy intervention to children and young people with various difficulties
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement physiotherapy services to meet client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum two years of post-grad experience
- Minimum one year of experience in paediatrics
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, based on the National Health Service (NHS) pay scale for a Band 7 Physiotherapist.
