Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paediatric physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to take on a senior role within our neuromuscular team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating children with musculoskeletal conditions, including contracture management, splinting, and orthotics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, with experience in working with children with neuromuscular disorders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat children with musculoskeletal conditions, including contracture management, splinting, and orthotics.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- UK recognised degree or equivalent qualification in physiotherapy.
- Health Professions Council Registration.
- Evidence of continuing professional development, including attendance at relevant postgraduate courses.
- Post-graduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
- Strong understanding of professional development issues and NHS reform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: £43,041 - £67,789 per annum.
