Job Title: Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for leading the paediatric physiotherapy service and providing expert clinical leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the paediatric physiotherapy service and develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team and ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of the physiotherapy department's strategic plan and ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the trust's goals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Comprehensive postgraduate physiotherapy experience, including experience of relevant specialist pathways.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong clinical governance and risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
