Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Paediatric Neuro Developmental Therapist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to children aged 0-19 years.

Your expertise in paediatric neurodevelopmental therapy will enable us to improve the lives of children and their families, addressing a range of conditions, including complex neurological disorders, DCD, and musculoskeletal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist paediatric neurodevelopmental therapy services to children aged 0-19 years
  • Assess and treat children with complex neurological conditions, DCD, and musculoskeletal issues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for children and their families
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve outcomes for children and their families

Requirements:

  • Advanced qualification in paediatric neurodevelopmental therapy
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
